As a stylist, you'll create safe, fun environments where brides can express themselves and celebrate their love journey.
Key Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available for at least 3 weekends a month.
- Energetic People Person: If you radiate positivity, have a contagious smile, and love sparking conversations, this role is perfect for you. Flexibility and adaptability are key.
- Strong Communication: From fellow stylists to brides and designers, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Channel your inner Monica Geller to ensure every bride receives meticulous care and attention.
- Customer Service Experience: Whether from retail, hospitality, or fitness, if you excel at connecting with people and providing exceptional service, we'll teach you the bridal side.
- Work Ethic: We value integrity, multitasking skills, and a strong work/play balance. Self-starters thrive here.
- Eye for Design: Be a source of style guidance and inspiration for our brides, supporting them in finding their perfect look.
- Weekend Availability: Saturday is prime time for bridal shopping, and we promise it's the most exciting day in the store!
A Day in the Life:
- Guide brides in discovering their wedding style and saying "yes" to the dress.
- Nurture relationships from the first appointment to the wedding day.
- Manage communications via phone, email, and social media.
- Ensure dresses and inventory are in top condition.
- Curate the store's style and create original social media content.
- Maintain the store's impeccable appearance.
